Xclusiv Decals is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) together with any policies referenced herein describe your rights and responsibilities when you use our Services.
By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use or access our Services.
Access and account
You must be at least the age of majority in your state or territory of residence to use our Services, and you must have authority to allow any of your minor dependents to use the Services.
When making a purchase, you must provide complete and accurate details, including your delivery address, payment information, and contact details. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Our products
We make every effort to provide accurate representations of our products. However, colours and product appearances may vary depending on your device settings.
All product descriptions are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time, limit quantities, and refuse any order at our discretion.
Purchase details and orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.
You must enter the correct delivery address at the time of purchase. If you enter an incorrect address, Xclusiv Decals is not obliged to re-send the order at our expense.
We process orders Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays in Victoria). Orders are generally shipped within 2 business days.
We may cancel your order if products are unavailable or for other reasons at our discretion. In this case, you will be notified and offered a refund or alternative solution.
Prices, billing and payment methods
The base currency of our store is Australian Dollars (AUD). Prices may change without notice. We accept Afterpay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments. Xclusiv Decals does not store your credit card details at any time.
By making a purchase, you represent and warrant that:
- The payment information you provide is correct and complete.
- You are authorised to use the payment method.
- You will pay all charges, including shipping, handling, and applicable taxes.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping is via Australia Post unless otherwise stated. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
Risk of loss passes to you once the product is handed to the carrier.
If an order is returned to us by Australia Post, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery (at your expense) or a refund for the goods.
Damaged or missing items
If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will assess your claim and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund.
If an item is missing from your order, contact us with your order number and product details so we can investigate.
Custom orders
Custom-made products (including personalised decals) are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty or damaged upon arrival.
Returns
Returns are handled in accordance with our Returns Policy.
Intellectual property
All content on our website — including text, images, graphics, and layouts — is owned or licensed by Xclusiv Decals and protected by Australian and international laws.
XCLUSIV® is a registered trademark in Australia. You may not use our trademark, logos, or brand identifiers without our prior written consent.

Vehicle Decal Use & Compliance
Our decals are intended for general, off-road, and aesthetic use. Laws and regulations relating to vehicle decals, including placement on windows and windscreens, may vary between states and territories within Australia.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that any product purchased is applied and used in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations, including those relating to driver visibility and road safety.
Xclusiv Decals makes no representations or warranties that any decal, size, or placement will be compliant with local laws. By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for ensuring compliance.
All product images on our website are for illustrative purposes only and may not represent exact scale, colour, or placement.
Prohibited conduct
You must not use our Services for unlawful purposes, to infringe on rights, to harass, to send unsolicited communications, or to interfere with our website’s operation.
