30-Day Returns Policy

If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it in its unused and original condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and inspected.

Please note: Custom decal orders and Instagram tags are not eligible for return.

Faulty Items

While rare, faults can occur. If you believe your item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 30 days and provide clear photos of the issue.

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund where a genuine fault is identified.

Application & Installation

Due to the nature of vinyl decals, correct application is essential for proper adhesion.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for issues resulting from:

  • Incorrect installation
  • Poor surface preparation
  • Environmental factors (e.g. temperature, moisture, dust)
  • Repeated repositioning or mishandling during application

If you are unsure, we recommend reviewing installation guides or using a professional installer for larger decals.
